The Minister, a rotund figure fondly dubbed 'The Laissez-Faire Lion', prided himself on the country's unyielding dedication to mediocrity. One day, a citizen named Eliza decided to submit an ambitious goal: to climb the highest mountain in the realm, known only to be ascended by a handful of audacious adventurers. As she entered the grand Ministry with her application, the walls adorned with framed proclamations like 'Strive for the Status Quo' and 'Inactivity is Key' loomed over her. Little did she know, her dreams would soon become a subject of public deliberation, with various committees set to review her aspiration. Eliza was advised to consult the 'Department of Risk Assessment', where officials memorized a prohibitive handbook detailing the dangers of over-exertion."
