Adjusting Plans Based on Weather

Sarah had a busy day planned for Saturday. She intended to wake up early, go for a run in the park, and then meet her friends for a picnic. However, when she woke up, it was raining heavily outside. Sarah decided not to go for her run and instead spent the morning reading a book by the window. By the afternoon, the rain had stopped, and the sun was shining. She quickly got ready and called her friends to see if they still wanted to meet. They agreed to go to the park for their picnic, but Sarah feared it might be too muddy from the rain.

After arriving at the park, Sarah noticed that while the grass was wet, it was not muddy, and they were able to set up their picnic comfortably. They spent a lovely afternoon eating, playing games, and enjoying each other's company.
