Alice's Trip to the Zoo

Alice loves animals and often visits the local zoo. Last Saturday, she saw many different kinds of animals there. She saw lions lounging in the sunshine, a giraffe stretching its long neck to reach the leaves at the top of a tree, and elephants splashing water on themselves. Alice enjoyed watching the playful monkeys swinging from branch to branch as well.

Her favorite part of the visit was watching the penguins waddling around near their pool. They seemed to be having so much fun! After a long day at the zoo, Alice felt happy and excited to tell her friends about the animals she saw.
