Very Hard Data Interpretation Analyzing Graphs

The following graph depicts the annual customer satisfaction ratings (on a scale from 1 to 10) for a chain of coffee shops from 2018 to 2022. The ratings are shown for three different regions: East, West, and Central.

Key Observations:
In 2018, the East had a rating of 7, the West had 6.5, and the Central region scored 7.5. Throughout the years, the East region showed a steady increase, reaching a peak in 2022 at 9. The West region stagnated at around 6.8 for the first three years but showed a remarkable increase to 8.5 in 2022. The Central region fluctuated between 7.5 and 8 consistently.
