In a regional wildlife reserve, park rangers introduced an initiative to track the migratory patterns of birds. By fitting these birds with GPS devices, they aimed to gather data on their movement during seasonal changes. The data collected would not only help in understanding their migration habits but also assist in implementing conservation strategies to protect their habitats. Following the success of this project, the park rangers considered applying similar tracking methods to other species, such as small mammals and reptiles, to enhance their wildlife management efforts.
