Developing Mental Health Awareness Arguments

Read the following paragraph from a student’s essay on the importance of mental health awareness:

'Mental health awareness is crucial because it helps to reduce stigma, encourages individuals to seek help, and promotes overall well-being. Awareness campaigns can educate the public, leading to a better understanding of mental illnesses that are often misunderstood or ignored. Yet, despite these campaigns, many people still do not openly discuss their mental health struggles due to fear of judgment. As such, more needs to be done to create safe environments where individuals feel supported in sharing their experiences.'
