History of Chocolate
Today, we are going to discuss the amazing history of chocolate. Chocolate comes from cacao beans, which are harvested from cacao trees. Initially, the Mayans and Aztecs consumed chocolate as a bitter drink, flavored with spices and sometimes sweetened with honey. It was not until the 19th century that chocolate became widely available in solid form. Today, chocolate is enjoyed in various forms, including bars, drinks, and desserts.
