Interior Angles of a Pentagon

Very Easy Geometry Polygons

Consider a regular pentagon, which is a polygon with five equal sides and equal angles.

To find the measure of each interior angle of a regular pentagon, we use the formula for the interior angle of a regular polygon:

$$ ext{Interior angle} =\frac{(n-2) imes 180^{ ext{o}}}{n} $$

where $$ n $$ is the number of sides. In this case, for a pentagon, $$ n = 5 $$. Calculate the measure of each interior angle of the pentagon.
