Predicting the Outcome of Rain on Flowers

Once upon a time, in a small village, there lived a girl named Lily who loved to plant flowers. Every spring, she would visit the local garden store to buy seeds. One day, while choosing seeds, she saw a beautiful packet of sunflower seeds. Excited, she thought about how tall and bright sunflowers would stand in her garden. After planting them, she watered them daily and waited for them to grow. However, the weather turned very cloudy and rainy for several weeks, and she began to worry about her flowers.

As the rain continued, Lily thought, 'If the rain keeps coming like this, I wonder how my flowers will fare.'
