As the sun began to rise over the tranquil lake, Sarah sat on the dock, her fishing pole cast into the water, waiting patiently. It was a special morning, as she had promised her younger brother, Tommy, that they would have a fishing tournament. Just as she felt a tug on the line, she heard the familiar sound of Tommy’s excited voice. He sprinted towards her, holding a shiny new fishing rod. After exchanging enthusiastic greetings, they both settled down to start their competition. As Sarah reeled in her first catch, a small, wriggling trout, she cheered with delight, and Tommy jumped up, clapping his hands in admiration. Throughout the morning, they shared stories and laughter, the air filled with their playful banter. When the sun reached its zenith, they decided to take a break and enjoy the picnic lunch their mother had prepared. With full bellies and happy hearts, they resumed their fishing, now racing to see who could catch the biggest fish before their time ended. The day wrapped up with both of them holding a fish, but Tommy’s was, in fact, much larger than Sarah’s. They returned home, tired but filled with joy, promising each other another fishing trip soon.
