"Every year, I look forward to the excitement that fills my classroom at the beginning of the school year. The chatter of students catching up after summer break is energizing. However, as the months go by, I notice a shift. By the time spring arrives, some students are more reserved and distracted. They start showing signs of burnout. I often wonder about the pressures they face outside of school and how to help them reclaim their enthusiasm for learning. My goal is to inspire them, but I sometimes feel the weight of their struggles alongside them."
