Understanding Eligibility in Context

During a hot summer day, Sam decided to visit the community pool. As he arrived, he noticed the water sparkling under the sun, and the cheerful sounds of laughter filled the air. Children splashed joyfully while others floated on colorful pool toys. Sam eagerly grabbed his towel and jumped into the refreshing water, feeling instantly revitalized. While swimming, he noticed his friend Mia, who was practicing her diving skills.
