Understanding Friends' Movie Plans

In the following passage, two friends, Lisa and Tom, are reflecting on their upcoming movie night plans.

Lisa: I can't wait for our movie night this Friday! I was thinking we could watch that new sci-fi film everyone is talking about.

Tom: Sounds good to me! I’ve heard great things about it, but I hope it’s not too long—I’ve got to be up early the next day.

Lisa: I hear you! Let’s check what time it ends. If it runs late, we can always just save it for another time.

Tom: Definitely. If it’s too long, I’d rather watch it when we both have more time to really enjoy it. I also want to make sure we have enough snacks this time.

Lisa: Good idea! I’ll bring popcorn, and maybe we can order pizza, too!
