Understanding the School Recycling Program

Easy Connecting Information Organization

Listen to the following conversation between two students discussing their school's new recycling program.

Student A: I heard that our school is starting a new recycling program next week. Have you heard about it?

Student B: Yes, I heard they are going to have special bins placed around the campus. I think it's a great idea.

Student A: Definitely! I read that students will need to separate their waste into different categories like paper, plastic, and compost. That should help a lot.

Student B: Right, and from what I understand, there will be an educational campaign too. They want to teach students about recycling and its benefits.

Student A: That's crucial! If students don't know how to recycle correctly, the program won't be effective.

Student B: Exactly. It's all about educating us first. They are even planning a competition between classes to see which one can recycle the most.

Student A: I think that will motivate a lot of us to participate. It's always fun to have a bit of competition!
