Volume of Cone and Cylindrical Container

Very Hard Measurement Volume

A solid cone has a base radius of 4 cm and a height of 9 cm. To determine the volume of the cone, we use the formula for the volume of a cone:

$$ V = \f\frac{1}{3} \pi r^2 h $$

where $ V $ is the volume, $ r $ is the radius of the base, and $ h $ is the height of the cone.

After calculating the volume, this cone is filled with a liquid. If the liquid is transferred to a standard cylindrical container that has a base radius of 4 cm and a height of 6 cm, will the container be able to hold all the liquid from the cone? Calculate the volume of the cylinder using the formula:

$$ V = \pi r^2 h $$
